HO'OPONOPONO
On a superficial level, many people understand HO OPONOPONO as a mantra that repeats the words "Please forgive me," "I'm sorry," "I thank you," "I love you," as a form of mental and spiritual purification that can be compared to Buddhist techniques for purifying karma. According to the Hawaiian worldview, this is the practice of forgiveness and apprehension, cleansing from thinking errors - the source of problems and diseases in the physical world. A literal translation means to put in order, to form, to correct, to revise and to correct.
